AIM by Mia team always does its best to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. However, we are only able to deliver on business days (Mon-Fri) and orders may be subject to local Good and Services Taxes.

AIM by Mia socks come in S, M and L sizes unless otherwise specified. If you have any questions regarding sizing, don’t hesitate to drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org
We strive to provide you with the best possible customer service at AIM by Mia. However, we live a normal life as well and Mondays can be gray and muggy in the sock world too.. If for some reason you are not A+ satisfied with your order, drop us a line at email@example.com
RETURNS POLICY AND REFUNDS
We love all our AIM customers and we hope you love us back! But in case you want to return your product, we generally accept returns over a period of 14 days starting from the day of you receiving your delivery.
Be gentle and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org giving us the full details: order number and reason for return.
We unfortunately only accept returns that are not used or tried on.
If you wish to exchange your product, please let us know the new size, colour and style you would like.
Please note that unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return.
AIM by Mia will refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned and received by us. Should you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to drop us a line at email@example.com
